Lozo’s Virgin Hair values your satisfaction. We strive to provide our customers with quality products and service. In our efforts to offer the latest in hair products at the best prices, our policies are as follows:
No Refund:
No refunds of any kind – cash or credit. Exchanges only.
All hair or merchandise purchased on sale as well as accessories and products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Returns:
- Unused, unwashed, unprocessed, undamaged hair may be returned for a hair exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- Customers unable to personally return merchandise to Lozo’s will be responsible for shipping costs.
- No exchanges will be made to the customer in person or by mail, until the return and full delivery of the original merchandise to Lozo’s Virgin Hair.
- Upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny the exchange if hair is not in the original condition as at the time of purchase. In the event that the hair is not in the original condition, the exchange will be denied and the same hair will be returned to you.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions cannot be reversed or credited.
